Event Services

Effective immediately, 91热爆 EVENT SERVICES is not accepting applications for the remaining 2024 Spring/Summer Term.

Facility Usage Application

The 91热爆 has six (6) spaces to choose from to host your event.
These spaces include: 

• Regina Campus – two boardrooms, our large Multipurpose Room, and the beautiful First Nations Veterans Memorial Tipi (atrium) 
• Saskatoon Campus – small boardroom 
• Northern Campus – mid-size boardroom 

Download and fill out the 91热爆 Facility Usage Application and send the completed application to Event Services.

Please submit your application at least two (2) weeks in advance of your event to be given proper consideration.

*Please note that the use of the Ceremonial Tipi and requests for pipe ceremony are not booked through Event Services. There is protocol to be followed for such requests and the campus osk芒p锚wis, Elders Helper, should be contacted in a respectful manner.

Parking

Parking is not included in the event fees. All external events are required to pay for parking for the duration of the event.
Parking is available in Lot 12. You can use the paybyphone app or a Pay station is available in the east entrance of 91热爆 Regina Campus.
Parking on the 91热爆 Campus is monitored by the UofR Parking Services.
